Yes. Every Platinum Home is fully furnished and equipped with high-quality furniture, appliances, kitchenware, and linens. You can move in or check in with just your suitcase.

Yes. We welcome both short stays (from 3 nights) and long-term stays (from one month). Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, our homes are designed to meet your needs.

Yes. All stays include high-speed Wi-Fi, water, and basic utilities unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation.

No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our properties.

Yes. Regular housekeeping and maintenance are included or available upon request. Frequency depends on the type of stay and length of booking.

Our homes are located in safe, high-demand neighborhoods across Paramaribo North and nearby areas. Every property is within a 15-minute drive of the city center and less than 10 minutes from top-rated restaurants, supermarkets, and recreation facilities.

For longer stays, in-person viewings can be arranged depending on availability. For short stays, we provide detailed photos, descriptions, and virtual tours to help you choose confidently.

Booking Questions

You can book directly through our website, by email, or by contacting our team via WhatsApp. Once your booking is confirmed, your assigned host will contact you with check-in details.

We accept bank transfers, and select credit card and digital payment methods. For international guests, USD and EUR payments are also possible.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all stays to cover potential damages or extra cleaning costs. The exact amount and payment terms are provided during booking. After check-out and inspection by your host, the deposit is refunded within 3–7 business days, provided the property is left in good condition.

All mandatory fees are disclosed upfront. Any applicable service or cleaning fees will appear before you confirm your booking.

You can request this when booking or a few days before arrival. Approval depends on property availability and may incur an additional fee.

Yes, subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team as early as possible to adjust your booking dates.

Our cancellation terms depend on the property and length of stay. Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hour before check-in receive a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a partial charge.

Yes. We provide preferential rates for long-term stays, returning guests, and corporate clients. Contact us directly for a tailored quote.

Yes. Most properties have a minimum stay of 3 nights, though some long-term rentals require a minimum of one month.

Help on your reservations

Your booking confirmation email includes all details and a receipt. For direct bookings, our team can resend your information upon request.

Contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll guide you through your options according to the property’s cancellation policy.

Please contact our on-call host immediately. We’ll dispatch maintenance or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless stated otherwise. Early or late arrangements can be made upon request.

All guests are personally welcomed by their host. During check-in, your host will hand over the keys, walk you through the property, and provide helpful information for your stay.

All homes are fully furnished and include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, towels, linens, pool and gym access, and basic toiletries. Villas include private pools and entertainment space.

Please inform us in advance. Each property has a set capacity and additional guests may incur extra charges.

Notify us immediately. A small replacement or locksmith fee may apply for lost keys or cards.

You can message your host directly to schedule additional cleaning or maintenance during your stay.

Emergency contact information is provided in your booking confirmation and displayed inside each home. Your host is also available 24/7 for emergency support.
